Spinach quiche recipe without crust or baking powder?

I found a spinach quiche recipe that I seem to have misplaced a few days ago. It asked for a cup chedder cheese, a package of spinach, milk, and eggs.





How many eggs and how much milk do I need? Will it cook okay without flour or something in it?Spinach quiche recipe without crust or baking powder?

SPINACH PIE


1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach; thawed %26amp; drained


1 c. grated cheddar cheese


1 egg, beaten


2 TB chopped onion


2 TB melted butter


1/2 c. milk


1 tsp salt
