Cocoa powder is the the cocoa nibs, processed to remove the cocoa butter, then ground to a powder. Chocolate, is the cocoa nibs with the chocolate liquor and cocoa butter still in the bean, then conched with emulsifiers and sugar. Because cocoa powder doesnt have the emulsifiers, or the cocoa butter, and you probably dont have a conching press, I think you're better off buying chocolate already made.Hey how do you make chocolate out of coca powder?
you just cant make chocolate out of cocoa powder, you need cocoa butter or it will taste bland.
