I have a sack of grout about 25 lbs and it has gotten hard b/c of moisture. I was going to use a sledge hammer to break it up but don't know if it will still work.Grout Powder Became hard is it still usable?

Plaster and grout harden by a chemical reaction that is set off by adding water. Once set, that's it.
Use a sledge to break it up into fine particles and add adhesives?
No the grout is no longer usable.
