I just purchased Creatine powder and i want to bulk up fast. How often should i use it and how much at a time?

Im trying to bulk up fast and i am debating on either taking it slow, or going with the ';Load up'; method.


If i do choose to go with the load up method, how much should i take? and how often?





Some say that i should go with 20g a day but spread apart. And do i take it before working out only? or before meals as well.





Someone please help!

don't bother with the front-loading....front-loading is a gimmick that companies use to make you go through the container quicker. just stick with 5-10 grams/day....more importantly, if your looking to bulk up, focus on eating more protein each day...try for at least 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight.I just purchased Creatine powder and i want to bulk up fast. Its called ';front loading'; and 20g is fine. 10g before and 10g after.
