When do I take my soy protein powder?

Before or after I work out? I run 30 mins. in the morning and 30 mins. in the evening.When do I take my soy protein powder?
take it before you work out do give more of a boost.When do I take my soy protein powder?
i dont know but my nutritionist told me that soy, even the protein powder, makes you gain weight.
