Is it ok to sell white creatine powder in small packets on the streets in front of cops to friends for $$$?

Like act like drug dealers near drug neighborhoods, but sell creatine packaged like drugs, and use codeword ';creatine'; when selling, and record everything from hidden camera to later post on the Interent?

It's only illegal if you are selling the creatine to trick buyers in to believing it is actually illegal drugs. I don't believe that there is anything illegal about tricking the people who are watching you sell the creatine (that everyone - other than the watchers - knows not to be drugs).





I just find it difficult to see you receiving any kind of punishment for:


1) Selling creatine


2) When the buyers know it's only creatine


3) While referring to the creatine as ';creatine';


4) And then showing up to court with a video you specifically made to film yourself during ';experiment';.





Just before you go out, tell the camera who you are and what your ';experiment'; entails. Also, have your buyers state who they are and that they know they are only buying creatine.
The fact that you are staging something with all knowledge that it is just ';pretend'; drugs....





However if someone yells ';bomb'; or ';fire'; in a building... that sounds just about as bad, and you get in serious trouble for that.





That could get you into trouble.... probably not jail time, but perhaps probation.





Why the efff would you want to do something so pointless and silly?





Messing around with stuff like that is dangerous, and if you are selling it to people who believe it is drugs, you can get yourself killed. Junkies are desperate people.
Yep, it's illegal. Many drug dealers have gone to jail for dealing drugs that weren't actually drugs. As long as you're presenting the notion that you're dealing, you'll go to jail.
Depends, people sell legal substances packaged as narcotics all the time. You may not get charged with the narcotics but you may get charged with a loitering.
