Is it ok to get your protein only from protein powder?

My protein powder is extremely expensive and comes from egg whites. Its called Jay robbs and has all BCAA's and essential amino acids, could i still build muscle off only this for main protein source?

Im weight training 5-6 times a week, legs, abs/obliques, and upper body. cardio done 4-5 times a week also. Could i still build the same muscle as i could eating a diet in chicken, meat, and fish?Is it ok to get your protein only from protein powder?
The powder you're using isn't a fix-all.

After workouts you want a quick releasing protein like whey protein.

Casein and albumen (milk and eggs) proteins are slower releasing. They're a good source throughout the day to prevent your body going catabolic and eating muscles for energy.

But you need a blend of all kinds. Fast, medium (soy) and slow releasing. Is it ok to get your protein only from protein powder?
Nobody in the nutrition field is anywhere near as ';expert'; as they like to claim. Never use processed fo0od sources of any kind to replace natural foods. There is no way to tell what trace elements or unidentified nutrients you may be missing. Even the consumption of foods that were produced using artificial nutrients is under suspicion.

The big problem is that it might be years between a critical deficiency and a health problem resulting from it.
You will get the same muscle from normal eating just like taking a shake.

It's just taking a shake is a quicker and more efficient way.

Protein is a food supplement not a replacement. You should never give up proteins from regular food.
drink plenty of fluid with it or you could get kidney stones
