Should I put pressed powder on before or after the rest of my make-up?

I have very fair skin so instead of foundation, I opted to go for tinted moisturizer. I heard you should put pressed powder on over it, but was wondering if I should do that before or after I put on blush?Should I put pressed powder on before or after the rest of my make-up?

If I put the powder on before the foundation it would cake it up and look weird. But if I put it on last, it would cover up my eye make up and blush.Should I put pressed powder on before or after the rest of my make-up?
You put it on after the moisturiser because it will absorb any residue left over and make your skin an even surface. For example, you might have more residue on one cheek than the other so when you apply blusher, it will come out darker on the more residue side
Well its personal preference really, but I also use pressed powder, I do my eye make up first, then the powder, then blush to finish. =)
before blush because if you put it over the blush, the blush won't be as visible and then there would be no point to putting on blush. so put on the pressed powder then blush

yeah you should always put you powder on before, your blush and the rest of your make up, just like you would a foundation
u should put it on after ur tinted moisturizer and before ur blush.
